In the nucleus the DNA strand is being transcribed into RNA by RNA polymerase. The promote with the help of transcription factors, attaches to RNA Polymerase so it can begin the process. The RNA leaves the nucleus and goes to a ribosomes to synthesize proteins. The process of translation. is when RNA nucleotides are used to make proteins. Once the mRNA is attached to the Ribosomes, tRNA transfers amino acids to the ribosomes so the mRNA can become proteins. There are three sites in the ribosomes that this process is involved with. The P site is the site where the polypeptide bond is held, The A site Where the amino acids are being and to the polypeptide and E site where the polypeptide Exits the ribosome.
