Bacteria Run Wild, Defying Antibiotics

A new chapter in the continuing story of antibiotic resistance is being written in doctors' offices across the country, as a group of common bacteria rapidly becomes resistant to the antibiotics that have been used to treat them for decades.

  1. I think this article is good because it tells you that bacteria are becoming resistant to antibiotics that the doctors are giving us. As shown in the article “bacteria rapidly becomes resistant to the antibiotics that have been used to treat them for decades” doctors have to try and find something else to treat the bacteria because what they are used to giving us is not killing off all the bacteria. Its killing off some of the bacteria and the ones that are living are reproducing bacteria that can be resistant to antibiotics.
